Her work has included nutrition consults for many medical conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure and weight loss. After obtaining her undergraduate degrees, Associates of Science in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors of Science in Culinary Nutrition she went on to earn an MBA in IT Management to better serve telehealth wellness client needs.
